Draft for Travdor's review. This wording isn't final and isn't yet a binding policy.
Cancellation and refund policy
Last updated 3 October 2026
Cancelling your trip
Email info@travdor.com from the email address on your booking. The cancellation date is the day we receive your request. Charges depend on how far ahead you cancel:
| When you cancel | Cancellation charge |
|---|---|
| 30 days or more before departure | the advance is refunded, less any non-refundable supplier costs |
| 15 to 29 days before departure | 50% of the trip cost |
| 7 to 14 days before departure | 75% of the trip cost |
| Less than 7 days before departure, or no-show | 100% of the trip cost |
Some costs can't be recovered from suppliers once booked, such as flight and train tickets, visa fees, and hotels booked on non-refundable terms. These are charged in every case and your quote points them out. GST already paid is refunded in line with GST rules.
Changing dates instead
We'll try to move your trip to new dates rather than cancel it. Any difference in price, and charges suppliers make for the change, are payable.
If we cancel
If we have to cancel your trip, you choose between a comparable alternative and a full refund of everything you've paid us. If a trip is stopped by events outside anyone's control (natural disasters, epidemics, government orders), we refund what suppliers refund to us, and help you rebook.
How refunds are paid
- We send refunds within 7 working days of confirming the amount with you.
- Online payments go back to the card, UPI or bank account you paid from; banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show them. Bank transfers are refunded to the account they came from.
- We confirm every refund by email, with its amount and reference.
